I frequently rent cars that have Android Auto built-in. When I saw this device would add Android Auto to my wife's 2010 Corolla, I was excited.Physical mounting of the radio was amazingly easy. That's when the fun stopped. The documentation provided with the unit is all but useless. A well-written and documented manual would have gone a long way here. What is provided instead is a poorly translated set of instructions from which you are supposed to figure this thing out.The implementation of Android Auto is somewhat a bastardization of the usual version. If I had not already thrown out the packaging, this piece of junk would be back at Amazon in a heartbeat.Radio looks cool. Claims to do cool stuff. Very easy to install but I wasn’t able to get CarPlay working. The screen sensitivity is terrible. Some times it doesn’t even respond at all and you have to turn it off and back on to make it work. In the beginning, my phone connected with ease. But after day 10. It stopped auto connecting and connecting period with the Bluetooth.All in all. I returned it after a few days of use. Screen not working is what kills meFirst... The radio was used. I suspected something was up when half the wires were out of bags, but it became obvious when I found someone elses phone and wifi information and non-factory apps loaded on the radio.Clearly this radio wouldn't work for them either and they didn't even bother factory resetting it before sending to me.To further... This DOES NOT work with my Rav4 OEM backup camera. The wiring and power are wrong.And more insulting is that while it *should* be able to connect and read my steering wheel buttons, I tried more than 3 dozen times to map them to the radio, and it failed in every single try... Both before *and* after factory resetting.I didn't even get to the point of trying the rest because by the time it failed these basic setup steps, the processor was so bogged down it took to the count of ten to register every touch.I am absolutely furious and packing it for return immediately. This was a waste of an entire day trying to get it to work. I feel like they should refund my money... AND my time.GreatOrdered for my 2007 Corolla and it fit like a charmNo additional wire or plugs needed. fast and easy install.The minute I plugged this stereo into my 2018 RAV4 it stopped working. My car would not even start. I don’t recommend this at ALL. I had to jump my car and put my old stereo back in. It’s not worth the cheap price.Doesn’t fit with jbl sounds system
